Pattern Making
This is the first step in our process to create your product. Here is were we take your ideas and cut them out on paper. These ideas could be anything. This would be your starting point to make your range
Sampling
After producing a first pattern with our company we are able to go into the most important process which is the sampling. Sampling your product in various materials is fairly important as it alter the fitting and look of the product.
Customisation
Once you have chosen the desired material and style you would like we then could proceed to customise your product with branding of your own choice.
Cutting
We have one of the industries best branded cutting machines (EASTMAN STAPLES). Gliding through the material with minimal errors. We ensure our cutters are safe by providing safety cut resistant gloves
Sewing
We hand stitch our products using some of the industries leading sewing machines brand (YAMATO). We ensure all products are sew with precision and accuracy ensuring the quality is check regularly by our team of managers.All broken needles are recorded in our internal folders for the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Packing
We have adapted over the years with our packaging and use the highest grade polythene bags/Hangers all made by our UK suppliers. All of the packaging used in our process is recyclable.
